Tengku Zafrul praised Google’s Mantap Malaysia Bersama AI initiative, marking the launch of Malaysia’s first data centre and cloud region. He highlighted the USD2 billion investment’s potential to boost GDP by USD3.2 billion and create 26,000 jobs, aligning with Malaysia’s New Industrial Master Plan 2030. He emphasised the importance of AI, digital infrastructure, and green energy in driving sustainable growth, positioning Malaysia as a digital and industrial leader in the region.
