PROTON & AAPICO HITECH JV EXCHANGE OF DOCUMENTS
In his speech, YB Senator Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz, Minister of Investment, Trade, and Industry, lauded the joint venture between PROTON and AAPICO Hitech, highlighting its role in enhancing Malaysia’s automotive sector. He emphasized the National Automotive Policy’s (NAP) goals, including positioning Malaysia as a hub for energy-efficient vehicles. He also stressed the importance of local supply chains, investment in Tanjong Malim’s Automotive High-Tech Valley, and MITI’s efforts to streamline investment processes.
