Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz announced that over RM2 billion will be allocated to assist victims of the significant year-end floods that impacted various regions of the country. "On December 29, the Prime Minister announced an aid package worth RM1.4 billion for flood disaster relief, which is a comprehensive and unprecedented initiative aimed at addressing the flooding caused by the monsoon," he stated.
