KWAP aims to grow its fund size to RM200 billion by 2025, up from RM159 billion, through its Teras 5 blueprint. The plan includes expanding property assets, increasing subsidiaries, and restructuring the organisation by 25%. Digitalisation will be a key focus, with efforts to enhance real-time dashboards for investments and pension data. Teras 5 also prioritises governance, human capital, and sustainable growth, aiming to strengthen KWAP's role in the Malaysian economy and improve services for pensioners.
