Malaysia aims to sustain trade levels above RM2 trillion in 2025, driven by economic growth despite global uncertainties, says Minister Tengku Zafrul. Total trade in 2024 hit a record RM2.879 trillion, marking four consecutive years above RM2 trillion. Speaking at Golf KITA 2025, a fundraising event attended by the Sultan of Pahang, Zafrul highlighted the initiative’s role in supporting underprivileged communities through welfare, research, and education programmes.
